Another Ornament

As I am waiting for my Ornament Keepsakes stamp set to arrive, I thought I would try die cutting some DSP with the new Ornament Framelits.  Mocca Morning is one of my all time favourite designer papers, sadly it's going at the end of the month, so what better way to have a keepsake.... I used feathers in between the black ornaments...
Reminder to myself....... I must order the Crumb Cake Scalloped Tulle Ribbon as I think it would make the black flock papers stand out so much better...

Handy Calendar

Here is another brilliant idea, I got this from
Connie Stewart at simplysimplestamping.com .
I just love the combination of colours, So Saffron, Always Artichoke & Rich Razzleberry they blend really well together, I used the flourish stamp from the Creative Elements stamp set, and the same colour ink pad to create the background, with exception to the narrow piece of Always Artichoke, I used the Whisper White ink pad.. I love the Top Note die it gives such a clean crisp cut and the perfect shape for this project, The Rich Razzleberry ribbon is retired, but being my first attempt, I just had to use it, and it was a perfect match.. Sadly the Tab Punch will be retiring at the end of the month, it's such a handy and versatile punch to have in your craft room...

Christmas Ornament

This is my take on the Christmas Ornament, you will see the original one on the front of the Autumn / Winter mini catalogue, I used Gumball Green (new incolour) and Cherry Cobbler to stamp out the ornaments on Very Vanilla card stock, I then die cut them with the matching framelets dies, so much easier than hand cutting, and it just gives enough of a border the make the image pop out.  I am still waiting on my stamp set to arrive so my friend and crafting buddy, Ruth, kindly let me use her set, I tried not to give her them back, but no such luck, I had to hand them over..
I improvised with the button and pearl centre as I can't get the clear button nor the pearls till the new annual catalogue comes out on the 1st October, oh!!! it's a biggy, I am sure everyone is going to love it...

Twitterpated Rosette Wreath

I didn't get the chance to finish this at our last Tartan Stampers training day, so I thought I will finish it at home... a good few months on and still not finished.
I just treated myself to a battery operated glue gun and wondered what I could test it out on..
(light bulb moment) My Wreath.. All done.
I am well chuffed with it, and my new glue gun too....

Workshop make and take

I wanted something really simple to make as I have been so busy with the shoebox swap at the weekend, this is what I have came up with. I have used Whisper White and Marina Mist card stock, Jar from Perfectly Preserved, Gingerbread Man from Scentsational Season, for you sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes, (it was the Just for you, but as I wanted to use the Jewellery Tag punch I only had room for 'for you') Marina Mist Grosgrain ribbon as a reminder, as it is being discontinued... You will find the stamp sets in the new Autumn / Winter mini, you can view the catalogue by clicking on the image on the left....

Feel free to contact me if you would like to place an order, host a workshop or are interested in becoming a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.......
